ABOUT SUSAN

After teaching dance for over 40 years, Susan decided that it was time to pursue another passion of hers. She fell in love with Pilates, and opened her own business to share the benefits of the exercises Joseph Pilates created. While her expertise is dancers, her background allows her to work with all types of people, experienced and new. Her bubbly personality and positive attitude allow her to connect and maintain lifelong relationships with her clients.

When Susan is not teaching, she is reading, cooking, traveling or spending time with family. Susan loves to catch up with family and friends when her busy schedule allows, and loves to have a good time.
